In Northwest Paulista, a recycling deposit draws attention due to the large number of materials purchased and sold per month in its space of 10,000 square meters. With a major focus on paper trading, Recycling Model is a company with 33 years of existence and, according to the manager, José Ricardo Bim, the company conducts more than 2,000 business transactions per month.
These good numbers are obviously a good indicator for most companies, but on the other hand, for a long time, the company has suffered through the dozens of spreadsheets, reports, and notes needed to keep track of business. After all, what did all those numbers mean? 'There was a lack of support to add, cross and show us what represented the dozens of data generated every day to make decisions,' recalls José Ricardo Bim, manager of Model Recycling.
The company's transaction routine began to change in 2016, when the Sagi system, developed by Sygecom, was implemented to manage the business. In a single environment, warehouse management now has control and monitoring of fleets, goods in and out, scales, employee points, invoices, accounts payable and receivable, visitors in and out, among other information.
Sagi took control and monitoring of the company's two warehouses (one is in São José do Rio Preto, the other in Catanduva). 'Today, with just a few taps on the mobile app, I can look at the daily, weekly or monthly units data. Extracting the information by type of material or total of the day, in short, made the job much easier ', points out the manager. Sagi also has the possibility of integration with other systems such as electronic road scales and vehicle trackers.
