“To control the data of the company where I worked before was hell. It was all out of place. I spent hours comparing Excel spreadsheets. ” This was the routine of Rio Grande do Sul Maitê Aparecida Gustafson when working in a recycling company in the city of Porto Alegre. She says that taking stock of the company across Excel spreadsheets was an effort that could take hours, and some numbers were simply impossible to find. “There was nothing to consolidate company data,” he recalls. But five years ago, this problem in Maitê's life was eliminated.
KSP Metals has been using the Sagi system for nine years. Considering that the company has ten years of existence, it can be said that Sagi has been present since the origin of the operations. The Sagi system follows the entire rigorous process of grading incoming and outgoing scrap daily.
For example, Sagi passes all the data of the company's five trucks, driver's identification, work schedule, load that was collected, customer's name, complete date of operation, among others. In a matter of seconds, KSP can track an operation if the need arises. Remember that the system is complete and controls the appointment of other employees, tax and accounting, inventory control of materials, contracting of third party services, weighing scrap, among other functions. “We chose Sygecom Sagi because we believe in the system's honesty, transparency and ability to keep up to date,” said Maitê.
