Technical Note 2018.005 institutes several layout changes in NFe and NFCe, its main change is the identification of the Technical Manager.
Among the main news, we have the identification of the technical responsible and changes in the response protocol of Sefaz. To compose these news, had the creation of new groups, changes in existing groups and change in Danfe layout.
The most striking change to the taxpayer of NT 2018.005 is the creation of the group to identify the technical manager. The responsible technician is the developing company or the company technically responsible for the NF-e / NFC-e emission software used by the issuing taxpayer. This information will be used by the Tax Authorities, mainly to identify misuse of the authorization environment, enabling the eventual contact of SEFAZ with the responsible technicians.
Schema validations on the technical responsible identification group will be required from June 3, 2019, in the following states of Amazonas, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pernambuco, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Tocantins. These validations will be applied in production environment. Thus, the issued notes will be rejected if these requirements are not met. For the rest of the states, there is still no forecast for them to start being required.
In addition, in this version the validation rules N12-81 and N12a-50 were changed to disregard the invoice 65, electronic end consumer invoice (NFC-e) model. The federative unit that adopts the use of the Technical Responsible Security (CSRT) code shall publish the form in which its contributors will obtain it. The Hash Code example was incorrect and has been fixed in this new version of NT.
It is important to always have our systems properly updated, as this function is only available from version 8.5 of the SAGI system. Once the system is up to date, it is important to enable the following parameters to perform the technote process.
Useful> Branch Parameters> Search for “Responsible” and enable the next three system parameters.
