Company adopted Sygecom Sagi system seven years ago. Until 2009, Grupo Paco, a company with units on the south coast of São Paulo, controlled all the company's commercial, tax, labor and transportation data with manual spreadsheets. Everything was noted on the pen, and any query or data analysis became a painful task.
"There was a time when we used Excel, but generating certain spreadsheets in this tool is not a task for anyone," recalls director Felipe Prada, director of the Paco Group. In the meantime, another important change was taking place in São Paulo scrap deposits: the obligation to issue the Electronic Invoice. "It was at this time that we saw that we could no longer delay the adoption of a single data monitoring platform."
The Paco Group then elected the Sagi system - Integrated Self Management System, created and developed by Sygecom, for the supervision of all company routines. The system is installed in units located in São Vicente and Praia Grande and literally puts in the palm of the company's board all the information that is generated during the day. 'From the mobile phone application that is part of the system, I can see, for example, the top ten and the ten worst indicators of the day,' points out the director.
Developed over 10 years ago, the Sagi system is suitable for medium and large companies in the recycling sector. With each release the system gets new features, some of them, even suggested by the owners of scrap and scrap depositors themselves. For small and medium enterprises, Sygecom has developed the SGR - Recycling Management System, a solution that is entirely within the reach of the national entrepreneur.
